How to come to my flat / Comment venir à l'appartement ?
English (french ↓) : The flat is ideally located, within short distance to all the public transports
From airport Schönefeld : located at 20 km from the center, you can take a taxi for appr. 50 euros or public transport for 4€ . Take the ABC tarif !! There are plenty of possibilities to go to the flat which is in the area MITTE : the rapid train FEX, the S Bahn S9 or the normal train of the Deutsche Bahn (ICE, RE, RB) ! you can also go on www.bvg.de to see what is the best solution depending on your time of arrival.
The simplest way (but a little bit longer) is to take the direct S Bahn S9 in direction Spandau or Potsdam and you stop at the station S Bellevue, which is at 7 mn walking distance to the flat! it comes every 20 minutes only ( last train is at about 00h45).
At station Bellevue, Take the exit " Schloss Bellevue / Gerickesteg ». take the iron pedestrian bridge on the river and then the Street Calvinstrasse just in front of you. Take the first on the right , it is our street Melanchthonstr. ! it takes about one hour alltogether !!
There are also rapid train from the airport, the "FEX" going to Hauptbahnof coming every 15 mn! This train takes about 40 min to be in the Hauptbanhof , sometime less depending on the number of stops ! When you are at Hauptbanhof, go to the exit Europa Platz and take the tram M10 just in the midle of the street , going to Lunebergerstr (endstation), stop there and walk 5 min. The tram come every 3 min, even night. Ftom Hauptbahnof, you can also take the bus 245 (direction Bahnof Zoo) and stop at Alt Moabit / Rathenowerstr
Depending on the time, another solution is to take the train DB (last platforms RB14 to Nauen or RE7 to Dessau) . it takes 30 min untill "Hauptbanhof" and then 5 min with tram M10 or bus 245 or walk for 1 km, there are 2 supermarkets along the road.
In all this case you have to count with about one hour transport time considering that you have taken the right option depending on your hour of arrival. If you want to optimise your transport have a look on www.bvg.de and if you don't want to think about it, simply take the direct S Bahn S9 to Bellevue
From train station Hauptbahnhof you can walk (10à 15mm) or take the bus 245 to Banhof Zoologische Garten and stop at Alt Moabit/Rathenower Str or tram M10 and stop Lunebergerstr (endstation) . Then take the Paulstr and the first to the right. The building is at the corner
From train station Zoologischer Garten, take the bus 245 direction Hauptbanhof and stop at Alt Moabit/Rathenower Str . You can also take the S Bahn to Hauptbanhof/AlexanderPlatz/Ostkreuz and stop at Bellevue, take exit Gerickesteg then walk 7 mn.
Français : l’appartement beneficie d’une situation ideale par rapport aux transports publics :
De l’aeroport Schönefeld : Situé à environ 20 km du centre ville, vous pouvez prendre le taxi pour env. 50 euros ou les transports publics pour 4€ : il y a énormément de possibilités pour vous rendre à l'appartement qui est dans le quartier de MITTE ! le train rapide FEX, le S Bahn S9 ou le train normal de la Deutsche Bahn (ICE, RE, RB) ! je vous conseille d'aller sur le site www.bvg.de pour voir quelle est la meilleure solution en fonction de votre heure d'arrivée.
La solution la plus simple et la plus directe mais un peu plus longue, c'est le SBahn direct : prendre le S9 en direction de Potsdam ou Spandau qui passe toutes les 20 minutes et descendre à S Bellevue située à 7 min à pied de l'appartement.
Arrivé à la station Bellevue, prendre la sortie Schloss Bellevue/gerickesteg puis prendre le pont pieton métallique au dessus du fleuve et ensuite la rue en face (Calvinstr.) Puis la premiere à droite, c’est la Melanchthonstrasse !
Il y a aussi le train rapide FEX qui passe toutes les quinze minutes, et qui va jusqu'à la station Hauptbahnof situé à 1 km de l'apaprtement. Prendre la sortie Europa Platz et là vous tombez sur la ligne de tram au milieu de la rue, prendre alors le M10 en direction de Lunebergstrasse et descendre à cette station puis marcher 5 mn, ou bien prendre le bus 245 en direction de Bahnof zoo et descendre au stop Alt Moabit /Rathenaower Strasse puis marcher 5 min.
L'autre solution, en fonction de l'heure, est de prendre le train : le trajet dure 30 min. (mais parfois il y a du temps d'attente). Les trains RB14 vers Nauen ou RE7 vers Dessau ou l'ICE . Il faut descendre à "Hauptbanhof" , puis prendre le bus 245 direction Bahnof Zoo et descendre à AltMoabit/Rathenowerstr ou bien prendre le tramway M10 et descendre au terminus "Lünebergerstr.". Vous pouvez aussi aller à pied de la Hauptbahnof à l'appartement, il y a 1 km et deux supermarchés sur la route !
Dans tous les cas cités, il faut compter en tout environ une heure de trajet à condition d'avoir pris la bonne option selon votre heure d'arrivée, donc consultez www.bvg.de si vous voulez optimiser votre trajet sinon prenez le S Bahn S9 direct jusque Bellevue si vous voulez pas vous prendre la tête et être prêt à l'attendre si c'est pas celui qui arrive au moment où vous arrivez à la gare de l'aeroport!
De la gare Hauptbahnhof aller à pied (10à 15mm) ou bien prendre le bus 245 en direction de Banhof Zoologische Garten et descendre à « Alt Moabit/Rathenower Str. » ou le tram M10 devant la hauptbanhof et descendre au terminus Lunebergerstr. Ensuite prendre la Paulstr et vous tombez sur l'immeuble à l'angle avec Melanchthonstr.
De la gare Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten, prendre le 245 direction Hauptbanhof et descendre à « Alt Moabit/Rathenower Str. », ou bien prendre le S Bahn vers Hauptbanhof/AlexanderPlatz/Ostkreuz et descendre à Bellevue, prendre la sortie Gerickesteg de là marcher 7 min (bien prendre la sortie .
TIPS / Astuces :
Si vous avez un petit trajet de moins de 2 km, prenez le taxi et dite "Kurzstrecke", la course coûtera 2 euros, si le kilometrage depasse, le chauffeur s'arrête.
Vous pouvez être tentés de ne pas prendre de ticket dans le métro car il n'y a pas comme en France les barrieres de contrôle et portes automatiques, tout est en mode ouvert : mais il y a de nombreux contrôles, en particulier sur la ligne vers l'aeroport, donc optez pour le ticket ou pour les cartes d'abonnement aux tarifs avantageux ! plus d'info sur le site http://www.bvg.de/index.php/en/index.html
